Care workers from independent care provider, Agincare, are the stars of a new social care recruitment and retention campaign.
Agincare developed the ‘You care, so de we’ campaign after listening and learning from its teams as part of a review into how it hires, develops and cares for its people.
As part of the campaign, care workers come together at a studio in Bournemouth to film a promotional video, which features online and as an advert on Sky TV.
More online and offline content showcasing Agincare workers will continue to roll out over the coming weeks.
Head of Customer Relations Jamie Powell, said: “Agincare prides itself on putting people first, that goes for our dedicated workforce as well as the people that we deliver high quality care for across the country.
“We want to not only welcome lots of new recruits with a passion for caring, but continue to build a great workplace experience where every team member can flourish and grow their career.
“Our new ‘You care, so do we’ plan will benefit everyone that works for us, and, ultimately everyone we care for too.”
Agincare expects the campaign to increase hires, improve retention and further improve satisfaction rates amongst its workers and clients.
This year marks 35 years since Agincare founder and Chairman Derek Luckhurst started his first care home in Weymouth, Dorset.
Since then, award-winning Agincare has grown to be one of the largest independent care providers nationwide with some 3,500 team members delivering high quality care from over 50 locations.
