Audley Group has appointed Henry Construction and Zenith Construction to support the restoration and new build phases of its £100m, Sunningdale Park retirement village in Berkshire.
Henry Construction will be the main contractor for new build properties on the site with Zenith Construction responsible for overseeing the restoration of the historic buildings at Audley Sunningdale Park, which includes Northcote House, the Lodges, the Stables, the Dairy, the Walled Garden and the Gamekeeper’s Lodge.

Audley Sunningdale Park will consist of 103 one, two and three bedroom apartments and luxury cottages.
