Dedicated staff at Belong at Home are celebrating after receiving a number of awards and diplomas at the company’s annual Champion Awards ceremony.
Belong at Home, which is run by North West-based care village operator Belong, recognised its employees for their commitment to providing high quality care at a ceremony at Vale Royal Abbey in Cheshire.
Rachael Gray from the Practice Development Facilitator (PDF) team of Belong at Home received the Mentor of the Year Award, the PDF team won the Embracing Change Award and nine Belong at Home staff were given diplomas in the categories of Health and Social Care, Business and Administration and Customer service.
Award entries and diploma recipietns were interviewed by an external independent judging panel of social care experts, who put them through their paces as part of the assessment process.
Jo Ball, operations manager of Belong At Home, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised for our commitment to driving standards in the Champion Awards ceremony. It is a tribute to the dedication of our teams to providing high quality home care, maintaining a person-centred approach and promoting independence.”
