A Bluebird Care franchise based in Solihull has announced its expansion following its takeover earlier this year.

Husband-and-wife team Indy and Kam Goraya took over Bluebird Care Solihill in March 2021, and expanded further into the West of Birmingham last month.

The new Bluebird Care franchise owners are eager to deliver success across both regions, having recently welcomed 10 new carers and a further 10 new customers, bringing the total to 45.

They are also committed to ongoing training and development to support the team of 25 care assistants and eight office staff achieve their individual career goals.

Managing Director at Bluebird Care Solihull & Birmingham West, Kam Goraya, said: “We want to make a real difference to the local social care sector and make a positive impact on people’s lives. Bluebird Care has a fantastic reputation in the industry with a strong focus on quality across all aspects of the business. We were drawn to the fact that we have all the support of the central franchise team, but also the autonomy to run our business in the way we want to, aligned to our core values.”

She added: “Our team is dedicated to making an impact on the lives of all those we serve, bringing a high-quality level of care to those in need, allowing families to feel closer together, and ultimately creating a brand that we and our team can be proud of.”
