All of the Bluebird Care Leeds North staff that were surveyed said they felt their hard work was always recognised. Furthermore, despite how hard the team have worked throughout 2020, 100% said they still felt they had a good work-life balance.

Sheree Jenman, owner of Bluebird Care Leeds North, said: “We are delighted with the overwhelmingly positive response to our 2020 people survey.

“100% of our team feel that Bluebird Care Leeds North is a great place to work. To us, this provides real recognition of the extensive efforts we go to, to make it so. We work hard to ensure that we are a consistently mindful and caring employer that provides meaningful and rewarding opportunities for our team. We feel it’s important to promote as widely as possible, the skills and expertise of people who work in the Care sector and we will continue to promote the care workforce passionately.

“We were also delighted to hear that 100% of our colleagues have felt fully supported during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is nothing more important to us than the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and our customers. Despite the significant challenges the pandemic has brought, it has also provided us with an opportunity to shine and highlight the importance of not only our own workforce but that of all care and support providers in the UK, doing their absolute best to support the most vulnerable members of our society. I could not be prouder of our team at Bluebird Care Leeds North.”
