Bluebird Care ramps up recruitment drive in the South East

Bluebird Care has announced a host new job opportunities for the year ahead.

Ramping up its recruitment drive, the national home care provider said it is looking to employ 100 new care assistants in West Oxfordshire, Rushmoor and Surrey over the next 12 months.

The staff will provide support for the elderly, people with physical disabilities and adults living with learning disabilities.

Bluebird Care Oxford managing director Robert Mezo said: “Employing committed and passionate care assistants has been a huge part of our success in recent years.

“We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ and our staff are excellent! They are always professional and have real empathy for the people they look after.”

Bluebird Care recruitment manager Melissa Charnock added: “For the next year we’ll continue to take our recruitment opportunities out into the community. As well as promoting our services at local events, people can also find out about working for us.”
