The Care Provider Alliance (CPA) has published a document to help social care providers develop EU exit contingency plans.
The template lists potential business issues that social care providers could face in the wake of Brexit and actions that should be taken.
Providers can fill in the name of the person responsible for these actions and the date by which these actions should be completed.
“The purpose of the document is to ensure continuity in delivering care and support through a record of actions that may be necessary to deal with any possible disruption,” the CPA said.
The CPA website also contains a number of other resources aimed at helping social care providers to keep up-to-date with the latest information regarding Brexit.
