National Care Group, a provider of care and support services to vulnerable adults, has been named in the top three fastest growing companies in the country.
The Lancashire-based provider was ranked third in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table over the weekend, after growing its sales by an average 183% a year to £60.8m in 2020 and recruiting 650 new staff since March.
Co-founded in March 2016 by Jamil Mawji and Faisal Lalani (pictured), National Care Group is an established provider of support services for people with complex additional needs arising from learning disability, mental health and acquired brain injury.
Working closely with clients, family members, local authorities and healthcare providers, the company provides quality, person-centred support through residential care, supported living, outreach and home support and day services.

Since its launch, National Care Group has delivered significant growth and completed more than 35 acquisitions to date. Today, the group has over 2,400 staff who support over 1230 people with complex needs
