Carefound Home Care has been highly commended in a survey of its clients and staff across Cheshire and Yorkshire.
Each year, the company conducts anonymous satisfaction surveys to gather feedback about how it can ensure it continues to offer high quality care and best employment opportunities.
This year, 95% of the families Carefound supports said they would recommended the provider and 95% said their carer is well matched to their needs.
Meanwhile, 94% of carers said they were happy at the company and 100% felt well trained for their role.
Oliver Stirk, managing director of Carefound Home Care, said: “Our annual satisfaction surveys really help us understand how we can continuously evolve at Carefound Home Care and we’re very proud of the feedback we have received in 2020 from the families we support and our amazing staff.
“The fact that so many of our clients would recommend our services and that they are receiving the continuity of care we strive for is testament to how our professional teams work tirelessly to improve the well-being of our clients at home. Similarly, it’s fantastic to see that our carers are not only happy in their job but also recognise the value of the specialist training they receive at Carefound Home Care.”
Carefound Home Care is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC in Yorkshire, and its Cheshire branch achieved the top rating for all five areas of inspection – safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led – in January 2019.
