Caremark has opened an office in Bath, creating new jobs throughout the city and the surrounding area.
Caremark (Bath & NE Somerset) has registered with the Care Quality Commission and is working to build a team of care and support workers.
Managing director Ammar Srour said the launch follows “overwhelming demand” for care services in the region.
He added: “We are focused on consistently delivering the highest quality of service to as many people as possible and set a new standard for excellence in domiciliary care provision.”
Srour, who joins the Caremark network with background in project management and business development, continued: “I am passionate about building businesses that improve the lives of all members of our community. I am driven to continue building a team of passionate and determined people, who are supported by a highly effective system of training, monitoring, management and beyond, and arming them with the tools and resources needed deliver exceptional and bespoke in-home care.”
Registered care manager Kerri Gardner, who has over 18 years of industry experience, commented: “We are working together to build a team of care and support workers who will provide a high-quality service to individuals in the community, tailoring the support to meet their needs.”
