Cera CEO shares ‘excitement’ for healthcare at home in 2022

In our latest exclusive insight from directors and CEOs from some of the UK’s leading home care businesses, Ben Maruthappu, CEO and co-founder of Cera, offers his thoughts on the year ahead.

The CEO told us he is “excited” about the potential for innovation across the healthcare at home landscape in 2022, and the transition of more and more services out of hospitals and into people’s own homes – driven by the combination of skilled carers and emerging technologies.

He added: “From our own perspective, we’ve been able to use our technology to expand into new service lines, such as nursing, telehealth and repeat prescriptions, all delivered holistically in the home.”
