Award-winning home care service, Belong at Home, has launched in Altrincham in a move that will see jobs emerge in the area.
Operated by not-for-profit care village operator, Belong, the service also covers surrounding areas such as Hale Barns, Bowdon, Timperley and Sale.
The operator has already recruited its first team members and will continue the Belong at Home approach of local people providing local services.
Its care packages include assisting people with daily living and domestic routines to going out in the community, attending appointments, pursuing hobbies and days out.
Jo Ball, operations manager at Belong at Home, said: “We are thrilled to extend this service to the people of Altrincham and South Manchester, and we hope to create a lasting impact through both our home care and by creating employment opportunities in the local community.”
Belong at Home already operates across the North West in Atherton, Crewe, Didsbury, Macclesfield, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Wigan and Warrington, all of which are rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
