Deadline extended for 2019 Home Care Awards

Domiciliary care providers and their suppliers have been given another 10 working days to submit their entries for the 2019 Home Care Awards.

Award hopefuls must now enter by Friday, March 15 by clicking here and following the instructions.

Organiser, Stratford Projects, said the deadline extension has thrown a lifeline to companies who want to enter the awards, but have run out of hours in the day.

“We know this puts us under pressure regarding the time needed to judge the entries, but the calibre of entries is high and we don’t want last minute rushed entries to pale in comparison with those already submitted,” added Helen Warrilow, commercial director.

The 2019 Home Care Awards will take place at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on May 24.

The reception will begin at 12 noon, in the foyer to the Palace Suite, leading to lunch service from 1pm in the Palace Suite itself. After lunch the awards will be presented to the winners and any high commendation runners up.

The awards will recognise UK home care teams striving to raise standards in care, and the suppliers who are offering specialist services, expertise and consultancy in home care.

Prestigious categories include Most Outstanding Home Care Team and the Grand Prix Award for Best Home Care Agency or Provider.

The Home Care Awards has also attracted some impressive sponsorship support from Audley Care, Legal & General, The Care Show, Residential & Home Care Show and Care Sourcer.
