A new whitepaper has been published to support providers in the process of adopting eLearning and Learning Management Systems.
The document, which has been released by the Care Software Providers Association (CASPA), is designed to help providers understand what to look for in eLearning and Learning Management Systems.
It also provides guidance on the process of implementation and adoption in order to maximise the direct impact on staff engagement, long-term staff retention and, ultimately, the quality of support provided.
The whitepaper provides guidelines derived from best practice compiled by suppliers of over 2,500 registered services, including what works best, what risks to consider and how to avoid them, as well as what to look for in a supplier so that you get the product and service that is best for you and your care teams.
CASPA was launched in March 2019 to represent the views and interests of social care software providers whilst promoting advances in the flow of digital information across social care, to allow more openness and transparency.
