EXPERT ZOOM: How customer feedback on home care is evolving

In a new tech-focused episode of Home Care Hot Seat, Paul Botsford, head of Assisted Living Technology at Secure, discusses the subject of customer feedback in the home care sector – its value and how it’s evolving.

Secure has recently launched an app through its range of home care solutions, Beanbag Care, which, as well as collecting information about carers’ attendance and tasks completed, systematically captures feedback from both the service user and family members after a visit.

Here, Botsford explains what home care businesses can learn from the wider service sector about the importance of customer feedback, and discusses the unique challenges of gathering this information in the home care sector.

He also talks about how feedback can be analysed and interpreted into meaningful action, and how it can be structured for use with the Care Quality Commission.

Secure is hosting a new round of webinars this month, aimed at UK business delivering home care. Click here for more details.
