A former corporate banker has traded counting cash for a career at Brunelcare.
Care Hall joined the company in June and will be responsible for the day-to-day runnings of South Gloucestershire’s domiciliary car division in her role as the new registered operations manager.
Hall spent 23 years in the banking industry before moving into the care sector, caring for adults with learning disabilities at Bradbury House in Beaconsfield.
Eight years later, she has joined Brunelcare, and says she will use her banking experience to improve rotas, client interaction and relationship management in her new role, making her office and carers one team.
After leaving the banking world, Hall studied for a NVQ level 3 in health and social care and started level 5 whilst at Bradbury House, before working her way up to the role of registered manager.
Commenting on her new role, Hall said: “When I got the position at Brunelcare I was so thrilled. The job seemed perfect and I’m enjoying every minute of it so far. I’m excited to get my teeth into some restructuring around rotas and how we work as a team. I’m keen to also get myself out and about in the community, visiting our clients and introducing myself.”
