Bespoke Health & Social Care has announced the appointment of Adam Lawrence as its new CEO.
Formerly the chief executive at The Royal Mint, Lawrence will take up his position as chief executive of the complex care at home provider, based in Nottingham.
Backed by private equity firm WestBridge, Bespoke Health & Social Care is a specialist nurse-led service, supporting people with spinal injuries, brain injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health issues.
Adam Carter, managing director of Carter Schwatz, which advised on the appointment, said: “In a sector where conservative appointments are the norm, WestBridge allowed our team to take a courageous approach to the recruitment challenge with a strategy focused beyond the artificial boundaries set by most recruiters.
“Adam’s background in transitioning businesses through cultural and commercial evolution met the brief perfectly. I have every faith that Adam will rise to the challenges of the care sector.”
Over the last 12 months, executive search consultancy Carter Schwartz has also advised on the appointments of Chair, Craig Rushton and COO, Christina Walsh, for Bespoke Health and Social Care.
