Good Oaks Home Care has hired three new team members to support its expanding operation after a successful year for the company.
The provider’s Franchise Support Office, based in Poole, has taken on a new care manager, live-in care manager and project coordinator.
The news follows the opening of five new Good Oaks Home Care branches this year, with a sixth on the way.
The company’s Reading and Newbury office was also named the winner of the Home Care Hero (Team) Award in this year’s Care Heroes Awards.
Claire Jackson has joined the company as the new care manager, with several years of experience under her belt. In her former home care manager role, she achieved consecutive ‘Outstanding’ ratings from her last two CQC inspections.
The new live-n care manager is Beata Roberts, a chartered physiotherapist who has previously supported a US company that provided exo-skeleton suits for people that couldn’t walk.
Finally, Pavlina Jordan joins the team as project coordinator for the franchise side of the business. She will be in charge of helping new franchisees start up.
