Good Oaks Southampton expands after successful summer launch

Good Oaks Home Care’s Southampton and Winchester branch is expanding, six months after opening.

The franchise will now serve clients in the east of Southampton, including Eastleigh, Hedge End, Swanmore, Fair Oaks, Droxford and Warnford, due to high demand for home care in the area.

Director Jose Rodriguez opened the care company because he wanted people to have the same life-changing care his grandmother did. He said that carers changed not just his grandmother’s quality of life, but also his aunt and mother’s lives as well, as they had been providing care to his grandmother prior to reaching out for help.

Rodriquez (pictured) commented: “We are very excited to be expanding. We had so many enquiries from the east of Southampton area that we wanted to help potential clients in this area too. It just makes sense for us, as Good Oaks Southampton, to cover both sides of the area.

“We have only been open for just over five months and we have worked hard to put the infrastructure in to support this expansion, so we keep providing the very best service to our clients. We are so proud of the service we provide – the feedback from clients and the regulator has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are proud to be able to offer this to new clients in the east as well.”

He added: “The team are very passionate about what we do. We are not a massive company, but what we are doing, we are doing well. We will keep building and keep helping people to lead independent and happy lives in their own homes.”
