Home Care Insight is pleased to announce the launch a new series of articles that will highlight examples of employee retention best practices.
Workforce Retention Techniques will shine a spotlight on the real strategies home care providers are using to keep hold of their employees in the face of a myriad of challenges, from staff burnout to competition in the retail sector.
The aim is to inspire employers to adopt some of these techniques and help them improve their turnover rates.
HCI editor Sarah Clarke said: “Retention has always been a challenge for home care providers, but the COVID-19 pandemic, together with new immigration rules, have made this harder than ever.
“In light of this, we wanted to share some of the techniques that home care providers are using to retain their staff, in the hope of helping others to do the same.”
HCI wants to hear from domiciliary and live-in care providers about the retention strategies that are working for them.
