Helping Hands praised for marketing efforts at UK media awards

Helping Hands Home Care has been awarded ‘In-house Biddable Team of the Year’ at the UK Biddable Media Awards 2021.

After outsourcing its pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for over a decade, Helping Hands introduced its first in-house paid media team in 2020, with a clear objective in mind.

However, following the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, the team was forced to change tactics in order to continue to reach families looking for care online.

This new approach developed by Helping Hands’ in-house team has helped drive success for the business, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst delivering on the objective to care for those in need.

Mark Beavan, head of Marketing at Helping Hands Home Care, said: “When I joined Helping Hands in 2019, we were at the very top of the ROI curve, making it difficult to drive more business, so that’s when we decided to bring in our own in-house PPC team. It was then that we were able to significantly increase the amount of time and attention that our accounts needed, allowing us to smash through the ROI barrier and break records on a regular basis.

He continued: “Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Helping Hands have continued to deliver an outstanding level of care to our customers. This is a huge testament to all of the staff here – and our in-house PPC team are no exception. I am incredibly proud of my team, and this award is just the icing on the cake.”
