Helping hands to take part in virtual social care careers fair

Independent job board CV-Library has announced the launch of its Virtual Careers Fair for the Health and Social Care Sector.

Taking place on Thursday, November 12, the event will host virtual exhibitors from some of the biggest companies in the health and social care sector, including Maria Mallaband, Care UK, Mencap and Helping Hands.

Lee Biggins, CEO and founder of CV-Library, said: “The onset of COVID-19 has forced traditional careers fairs to close their doors. These events are a vital part of the recruitment process and offer job seekers a chance to explore their career options. Without these events, applicants may miss out on the job opportunity of a lifetime.”

He continued: “We launched this event with the aim of connecting passionate individuals with some of the best employers in the sector. There are so many vacancies currently available in the health and social care industry, and it would be awful for candidates to miss out due to coronavirus. If you’re a job seeker looking for a new challenge in the health and social care sector, be sure to register for our Virtual Careers Fair today.”
