National home care franchise, Heritage Healthcare, has announced the launch of three new care offices.
The openings in Harrow, Trafford and Hounslow mean the brand now has 17 offices covering 19 territories in the UK, two of which are company-owned.
Heritage Healthcare Harrow started delivering care and support to clients in July, after receiving its Care Quality Commission registration. Led by director Mukilan Karuppiah (pictured), the care office will provide home care to clients in Harrow, Edgware, Pinner and Ruislip, Greater London.
The end of October saw the launch of Heritage Healthcare Trafford and Cheshire. Owners Liz Rhodes and Joely Sant, who will also act as registered provider and registered manager respectively, have a wealth of experience within the care industry.
“We are committed to developing a professional, compassionate home care team who will benefit from ongoing training and development, will be valued, respected, and enjoy a positive working culture,” said Rhodes.
Most recently, Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond opened its doors after being approved by CQC. The franchise is owned by husband-and-wife team, Myo Zin and Cho Thein, and supported by registered care manager, Kameka Peart, who will provide care to families in Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond and the surrounding areas.
Heritage Healthcare first opened in 2008 with home care offices in Guisborough and Cleveland, before launching into the franchise sector in 2013.
“We are very excited to welcome three new franchises to the Heritage Healthcare family,” said Michelle Fenwick QFP, director of Heritage Healthcare Franchising.
“Our network is filled with experienced business owners who are dedicated to providing support to their local communities. We are looking forward to seeing the successes our new franchisees will achieve over the coming years.”
Fenwick added: “In normal circumstances, we would have welcomed our new franchisees to our head office in Darlington, where they would have taken part in a comprehensive 10-day training course. In light of the pandemic, our Franchise Support Team have been able to utilise video conferencing apps to deliver the training remotely.
“This also gave many of our established franchisees the opportunity to join in and refresh their knowledge of care management software, finances, marketing and business operations.”
