Carefound Home Care has been highly commended by its clients and staff in its annual satisfaction survey.

In the anonymous survey, 97% of clients said they would recommend the provider and felt their quality of life has improved since using the service.
All respondents (100%) said their home carer was well-matched to them and 97% said their local office teams are helpful and meet their needs.
One hundred percent of home carers employed by the provider said they are well supported in their role and felt proud to work for the company.
The majority (97%) of staff members noted that they are well trained to perform at a high level and 92% said they feel motivated to go above and beyond their expectations.
Oliver Stirk, director of Carefound Home Care, commented: “Our annual satisfaction surveys are an important part of continuously striving to improve our organisation and our teams across Yorkshire & Cheshire should be very proud of the feedback received this year.
“We are delighted to see that 97% of our clients would recommend our home care service and 100% of our staff are proud to work for us. These results are another clear example of how our highly personalised, locally supported home care model is improving outcomes for our clients, their families and our home carers.”
