Owner of Home Instead Hinckley, Craig Mayes, said: “The rating and feedback from the Care Quality Commission’s report reflects the high levels of professionalism and care we provide.

“Our caregivers are highly motivated – often going above and beyond to support people in their own homes and many share the same hobbies and interests as the clients they are matched with.”

The business notes that its desire to pair care workers with clients of similar interests has been a huge part of its success within the community.

Mayes added: “I’m delighted that our passionate approach for individualised care has been recognised with this outstanding rating.

“Our staff deliver care based on trust and companionship – we ensure that people continue to feel in control and enable them to remain independent within their own homes.  Now we have proof that our approach is changing the face of ageing.”
