Home Care Insight launches Good Care News series

Hales Macmillan

Home Care Insight is pleased to announce the launch of Good Care News, a series of feel-good stories that will recognise the important contribution that care workers make to society.

The series will highlight the dedication of care workers who go the extra mile for their clients, ensuring they live fulfilling and meaningful lives, regardless of the obstacles they face.

We want to hear from domiciliary care providers about their passionate, creative and caring team members who have carried out amazing acts of kindness and shown commitment to delivering the best care possible.

“Care workers are the lifeblood of our society, serving the UK’s most vulnerable adults to ensure they stay well and independent. From combatting loneliness to supporting people with complex conditions, care work is a highly skilled and important profession,” said HCI editor Sarah Clarke.

“Yet, far too often, care workers aren’t recognised for the integral role they play in caring for our loved ones. HCI wants to help change that.”

If you are a home care provider and want to share a Good Care News story about one of your team members with HCI, please contact Sarah Clarke at

Please include an example of how your staff member has improved the lives of a client(s) by going the extra mile.
