In a year of uncertainty and confusion, one thing that has kept us all going, and will help find an end to the crisis, is connection.

Whether it’s between family, friends or colleagues, connectivity is the lifeblood of our sector and our world. That’s why CarePlanner has spent this year reinforcing its commitment to an open, collaborative approach to care software.

The business helped hundreds of customers join up their CarePlanner systems to a host of other SAAS providers, ranging from finance to point-of-care management.

Providers may already be aware that CarePlanner has integration with leading care management solutions such as Birdie and PASSSystem, but a lesser known fact is that it also integrates with Sage 50, Sage Payroll and CM2000, and that, leveraging its application programming interface (API), the company’s partners have built integrations to Cascade HR, IRIS finance and its own data warehouses.

In a sector calling out in equal parts for financial reform and technological innovation, CarePlanner believes that being able to join together a range of top-quality systems is where efficiencies will be found.

The spirit of care will never be shaped by technology, but it’s breadth already is. That’s why CarePlanner is dedicated to ensuring that the connections that define the sector are the same that define its technology.
