“This accolade is down to the hard work and commitment of so many people – the team of experts here at National Office to our franchise owners and their key players and, of course, our amazing CAREGivers. We could not accept this award without also thanking the many clients and their families who entrust their care to us.”

The bfa HSBC Awards, which took place virtually on Monday evening (November 30), is a flagship event in the franchising calendar and highlights the outstanding business acumen, passion and achievement of individuals and businesses across the UK.

Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association, congratulated Home Instead: “Home Instead Senior Care has always had an excellent reputation in the industry and in the last year it has also taken the decision to offer basic medical care for its clients in a move to give a better quality of life for the elderly and increase lifespan.

“This year has been difficult for many businesses, but for those working in the health and social care sector, I think this recognition is very well deserved.”
