Home Instead Senior Care has been rated “first class” in a recent survey of thousands of clients and frontline care professionals.
The independent survey revealed that 96% of clients and 97% of care workers would recommend the provider’s services.
The poll of more than 4,700 clients and nearly 7,000 care professionals also shows that staff are happier than ever, with 95% saying they felt motivated to go the extra mile, up 1% on last year’s results.
In addition, 92% of care workers said that they would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work.
The annual survey revealed that clients feel they are receiving dignified, relationship-led, reliable care which they would personally recommend.
One client said: “We are very fortunate to have found a care provider as good as Home Instead – from the management team to the CAREGivers, the support they have provided is first class.”
And one family member said: “The visits from our CAREGiver are the highlight of our mum’s week – she is a wonderful companion who provides stimulating, interesting conversation that brings out the best in our mum.”
On top of this, 96% of frontline care professionals working for Home Instead said they are proud to work for the company.
