Home Instead Senior Care has been named in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, for a second year in a row.
The company ranks as the 87th best small company nationally and is the only home care agency to be listed.
The recognition focuses on Home Instead Senior Care’s 55-strong national office team who are based in Warrington, Cheshire. This team of business specialists supports our franchise network of over 195 local offices across the UK.
Martin Jones, managing director of Home Instead, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been named as one of the top 100 Best Small Companies for a second year running.
“Everything we do at Home Instead is centred around our people. As an organisation we want to be recognised for providing the very best care in the world and the only way we can achieve that is by fully investing in our staff to maximise their potential.
“Our people are our greatest asset – they are responsible for taking our aims, objectives, business model and aspirations and turning them into reality on the ground for the benefit of families and communities. Investing in our people means they’re happy and motivated to build strong relationships with our franchisees who are in turn inspired to delivering outstanding care in the UK.
“Being in the top 100 for a second year is a tremendous achievement and I’m proud to be part of an organisation that values its people so highly.”
