The 2021 Leaders in Care Awards will be the biggest yet, with over 300 tickets sold for next week’s event in Birmingham.
The event will be hosted by Care Friends founder Neil Eastwood alongside Home Care Insight and Care Home Professional editors Sarah Clarke and Lee Peart at the National Conference Centre on Wednesday, 13 October at 7pm.
HCI Editor Sarah Clarke said: “We have been absolutely bowled over by interest in this year’s Leaders in Care event, which promises to be our biggest and best ever. The industry is clearly ready for a much deserved celebration after another very tough year. It promises to be a great night.”
The event, sponsored by Radar Healthcare, will start with reception drinks followed by a three-course sit-down meal and awards presentations.
On what promises to be a spectacular night of celebration, entertainment will be provided by the winners of the first annual Care Sector’s Got Talent competition, The Stronger Together Choir.
Finalists in the care home categories can be found here.
The winners, to be revealed during the ceremony, have been selected by our prestigious panel consisting of: Dr Jane Townson, CEO of United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA); Kathryn Smith, CEO of the Social Care Institute for Excellence; Professor Martin Green OBE, CEO of Care England; Nadra Ahmed OBE, chair of the National Care Association; and Vic Rayner OBE, executive director of the National Care Forum.
