Southern Housing Group’s Home care service on the Isle of Wight has had its leadership rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the Island Echo has reported.
The home care service, which provides personal care and support to older people, received an overall rating of ‘Good’ in the report.
The report stated that those using the service has a positive experience, with staff receiving praise for their caring and respectful attitudes.
As reported by the Island Echo, Southern Housing Group’s head of sheltered and care services, Naomi Keyte, said:
“I am delighted for the team. They are the epitome of using the Group’s values to provide an outstanding service to residents. By providing quality care and focused leadership, we aim to improve the lives of all of our residents.”
