As LCR’s new COO, Gary Heather brings a wealth of experience with particular strength in talent acquisition, people development and human resources.
He said: “I am delighted to have joined LCR to assist the business in reaching its strategic goals and to further enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. I look forward to forming close partnerships internally to enhance our service levels and develop our most important asset – our people.”
Nigel Sibley, chief executive, added: “Gary’s appointment is further evidence of our commitment to maintain industry leading standards within our current village and care offerings, as well as our future capacity for growth in London.”
As new head of care at Battersea Place, which opened in 2016, Jordan will be responsible for the clinical operations of the Albert Suites and the Domiciliary Care services within the village. Jordan was previously at one of the largest UK independent health care providers, Four Seasons Health Care, and prior to this had considerable experience within the NHS.
Jordan said: “I am thrilled to be joining an internationally established organisation and look forward to developing internal and external partnerships to grow our clinical services, as well as having a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the residents.”
As new sales manager at Somerleigh Court, Angela will be responsible for increasing sales whilst providing a friendly and professional service. She brings over 25 years’ experience in sales and customer relations after starting her career in travel and tourism overseas.
