Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) specialist The Care Hub will host a live webinar this month on how to effectively hire permanent care workers.
Founder and managing director Scott Sherriden will be delivering a talk and Q&A for owners, directors and senior managers who a struggling to fill their care worker vacancies.
The webinar will focus on how COVID-19 is affecting recruitment across the UK, why the recruitment process is vital to a provider’s success and the best and worst candidate attraction strategies.
Sherriden will also discuss his predictions for recruitment for the next six months, before taking questions from viewers.
“This session will be ideal for domiciliary care providers who can’t grow or take advantage of contract opportunities and care and nursing homes that are struggling with high agency use and costs,” he said.
The webinar will take place on August 19 from 12 to 12.45pm.
