Under Lucy Campbell’s leadership, the Right at Home network has achieved its most successful year to date, against a very challenging landscape.
Her calm and pragmatic approach has cascaded through the network and key highlights for 2020/2021 include a Best Franchise Award win; retaining its Five Star Employer Award for a third consecutive year; and the senior leadership team scoring 98% in its annual Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.
Lucy’s mission is to ensure Right at Home is recognised as an exemplar home care provider. This is reflected in RaH’s impressive regulatory results, with 100% of inspected offices in England rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission and 27% of offices rated ‘Outstanding’.
On a personal level, Lucy won the prestigious Woman Franchisor of the Year Award at the EWiF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) Awards in 2020 and 2021, and was also named in Global Franchise’s 100 Influential Women in Franchising list in 2020.
Lucy also sits on the board of the UKHCA, giving Right at Home’s network a voice on issues shaping the sector.
