Home care technology providers Unique IQ and My Learning Cloud have announced a new partnership to enable care organisations to fully digitise their learning and development.
My Learning Cloud’s Learning Management System will connect with Unique IQ’s scheduling and staff management tool, IQ:careplanner, to offer seamless management and monitoring of a care team’s skills, qualifications and continued professional development.
The two software companies said they decided to join forces because of their shared vision to support care providers in delivering outstanding care.

Both Unique IQ and My Learning Cloud have been nominated for ‘Innovation in Health Tech’ in this year’s LaingBuisson Awards, which recognise businesses that are setting new standards of excellence within health and social care.
My Learning Cloud was the first e-learning provider in England to be endorsed by Skills for Care and is now a recognised Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, offering e-learning environments with access to over 90+ CPD courses.
Unique IQ was named best management software supplier to the care sector at the end of 2020, with its care management software winning the 2020 Home Care Award for ‘Best Technology, Data or Software Product’. Unique IQ’s technology is used by providers across the home care sector to plan, monitor and manage their care.
