The National Association for Care and Support Workers (NACAS) has adopted the TAP (Thank and Praise) platform to enable its staff to receive messages of appreciation.
TAP is a free-to-use social thanking platform that enables the public to show their appreciation to the unsung heroes working in social care, healthcare and education in order to create a more positive world, where giving and receiving thanks is the norm not the exception.
“It’s vital that our social care colleagues are properly recognised for the incredible work they do every single day and TAP’s thanking platform is an ideal way to achieve this,” said Paul Featherstone, chairman & founder of NACAS.
The free-to-use TAP platform allows members of the public to send messages of thanks to NACAS’ staff and its 2,000 members as well as praise the organisation publicly on its own Digital Thanking Wall.
“TAP is delighted to be supporting NACAS and the wider social care sector to shine a light on the inspirational people looking after some of the most vulnerable people in our society,” said Matt Findel-Hawkins, CEO of TAP.
