In addition, the Towergate Care Awards runners up will also receive prizes in the form of a £100 Love2Shop voucher and certificate.

Nominations for the Towergate Care Awards are open until Friday, June 7 and following this, a shortlist will be announced at the end of June.

Towergate Caring Professions managing director Richard Webb said: “I’m delighted we’ve brought back the Towergate Care Awards in 2019, this is an important opportunity for us to shine a light on the people within the care industry who are truly making a difference to the lives of others across the UK.

“It’s also a fantastic opportunity to embed ourselves in these communities and gain valuable insight into the caring sectors so we can use this new-founded knowledge to better understand our client’s needs.

“If you have a relative, friend or colleague who is an unsung hero and deserves to be recognised for the work they’re doing across the care, education, medical, charity or other not-for-profit sectors, please make sure you nominate them to show them their efforts make all the difference.”
