The National Care Forum (NCF) has launched a new consultation service for care providers.
Launched at the NCF Annual Conference last week, NCF Consult will help organisations prepare for inspections, review action plans and update policies and procedures.
A team of expert consultants will also provide coaching and training and work with organisations as they move towards digital and technology-enabled care.
NCF Consult has been piloted with members who have already benefited from the new initiative, according to NCF.
NCF executive director Vic Rayner said: “NCF listened to our membership, and recognised that sometimes they needed tailored organisation focussed support. In response to that need, we have developed NCF Consult enabling us to provide targeted consultancy when and where it is needed most.
“As we expand this service, we anticipate that it will support members across the not for profit care to sector to grow from strength to strength.”
