Heritage Care, a national charity incorporating Community Options, is rebranding as Ambient this year.
The rebranding will bring the portfolios of the charity, including Community Options, Amber Housing and Inspire Mental Health Consortium, under one name, one website and one logo from April 1, 2020.
Operating in over 140 locations, the charity provides over 30 thousand hours of care to people on a weekly basis to support a range of needs due to the ageing process, learning disability or mental illness.
The rebrand comes in line with the charity’s 25 anniversary and is part of the organisation’s new five-year plan, which reasserts its commitment to delivering high quality care and support through residential, domiciliary care and housing with extra care services.
Chief executive, Mark Milton said: “We believe that bringing our portfolios together under one new name will allow us to convey our person-centered offering and directly improve understanding of our capabilities. We are fully committed to taking active and continuous action to ensure that we retain our focus on achieving the highest possible standards in support and that we remain a partner and employer of choice.”
Director of marketing and communications, Davina Sellick said: “Our broad range of expertise means we can fully support people to meet their specific, individual needs and to care for people with multiple and complex diagnoses- but this message was difficult to communicate whilst operating under multiple names.
“Through the rebrand, we aim to raise awareness and improve understanding of how our combined services can meet individual requirements. One name, one logo and one website enable us to better articulate how we can expertly support those in need.”
