New social care training brand to launch at Dementia Care & Nursing Home expo


A new brand specialising in training for health and social care staff will launch at the Dementia Care & Nursing Home Expo in March.  

Paterson Training, and new stand-alone division from the Paterson Group, will mark the launch with a dementia awareness session at the expo’s seminar theatre during the two day event, taking place on March 26-27.

The company’s in-house team of trainers provide development and compliance training for incumbent staff and its roster of workers.

Its accredited Theory & Practical or Online E-Learning course content goes towards Continuing Professional Development, encouraging learners to progress and grow within their role.

Operations manager, Andrea Edwards, said: “We continually review and adapt aspects of our recruitment and training packages to ensure we remain at the cutting edge for those looking to recruit quality staff into this highly demanding sector.
