McAlpine said: “It’s a really exciting time to join Prestige Nursing + Care. The need to maintain our family ethos, whilst enhancing our role in the community and wider nursing market is a challenge I am eager to take.”

Terri McKenzie will be responsible for the South East region, including Ipswich, Chingford, and Dartford. Her main responsibility will focus on empowering managers to enhance the growth of Prestige Nursing + Care branches in a sustainable manner.

McKenzie brings several years of experience to the role, having previously been a registered manager for Pulse Community Care and operations manager for Kare Plus.

She said: “I am excited about helping the business grow sustainably. I have a real passion for complex care, and it is great to see that Prestige Nursing + Care places such a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of its diverse client base.”

McAlpine and McKenzie will report to operations director Jane Hancock.
