Promedica24 appoints two new care managers to support teams across England

Live-in care provider Promedica24 has appointed two new care managers to support the day-to-day operations of its care team in the UK.

Gillian Louggar and Dawn Bunting join the company with a combined experience of over 30 years in the care sector.

They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of care, supporting a number of clients across England.

Louggar will be managing clients in the south of the UK including across Dorset, Hampshire, Poole and Cornwall, while Bunting will manage clients in the north, including Liverpool, Wirral and surrounding areas.

As part of their roles, the care managers will conduct care assessments and work with the clients and their families to develop personalised care plans.

Louggar brings over a decade’s worth of experience, having previously qualified as a care trainer before moving onto a management role developing client relationships in the home care sector.

She said: “It is an exciting time to be joining Promedica24 as the company’s workforce grows, and we look to reach more people who require full-time care and support at home.

Bunting joins Promedica24 with over 15 years’ experience supporting young adults and older people in residential facilities and their own homes. Working up the ladder from care assistant to senior positions, including running a specialist dementia care unit, she joined Promedica24 from a management role at a domiciliary care agency.
