A Right at Home franchise based in Cheshire is celebrating after its registered manager picked up a Great British Care Award.
Clare Coke, of Right at Home North Cheshire and Leigh, was named Registered Manager of the Year at the event’s North West ceremony last week.
The awards, which have regional ceremonies culminating in a national final, recognise and celebrate excellence across the care sector.
Clare faced tough competition for the Registered Manager of the Year Award and was praised for her resilience and leadership during what has been the most challenging year in recent times.
Julie Houston, owner of Right at Home North Cheshire and Leigh, commented: “I’m absolutely thrilled with Clare’s award win and very proud of her. She is extremely passionate about providing outstanding care and support that meets the individual needs of our Clients and I’m delighted that Clare has been recognised in this way.”
Since returning from maternity leave in January 2020, Clare has successfully managed her team of caregivers through the pandemic.
Right at Home North Cheshire and Leigh currently supports more than 80 clients and employs a team of 75 caregivers. It is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.
