National home care franchise Right at Home UK has received a 5 Star Employer Award for the third year running.
This award follows the network’s annual anonymised CareGiver Satisfaction Survey results, administered by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.
In addition to the provider’s national award, 27 of its individual offices also achieved local 5 Star Employer status, demonstrating the importance the network places on supporting its staff.
The satisfaction survey involved 1,821 caregivers, with 90% stating they would recommend Right at Home as a “great place to work”.
The findings also showed that 93% of caregivers would recommend Right at Home’s care services and 93% are proud to work for the company.
Commenting on the results, Right at Home UK CEO Ken Deary said: “The network’s investment in this annual survey reflects our commitment to ensuring the very best training and support for our care teams.
“Our CareGivers are the beating heart of our business and without them, we would not be able to deliver the high-quality care we are known for, so these surveys really are of great importance to us. From the results, each office will devise a plan of action to respond and implement changes, based on the valuable feedback provided by our CareGivers.”
The franchise network also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey. This year’s survey was completed by 980 clients, with 95% saying they are well matched to their care needs.
Nearly all (96%) clients surveyed said they would recommend Right at Home and 97% agreed their caregivers make a positive difference to their life.
