UK home care provider Right at Home has been awarded national 5 Star Employer status across its network of more than 60 branches.
The business was named a 5* Employer for the second year running, following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz.
More than 1,200 CareGivers across the Right at Home network completed the anonymised survey in March.
Of these, 94% said they would recommend Right at Home’s care services and 93% believe their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
Right at Home also surveyed surveyed 773 clients to understand how it can continuously improve the quality of its service.
Nearly all respondents (94%) said their caregivers make them feel safe when they visit, 96% said their caregivers make a positive difference to their life; and 95% said they would recommend Right at Home.

Almost 50% of the Right at Home offices that took part in the survey were awarded local 5* employer recognition, which is achieved by gaining an engagement score of 90 or above.
