Digital Social Care is inviting home care providers to a free webinar that will focus on providing greater access to key medical and care information at the point of transfer between care and health settings.
Taking place on October 6 at 10.30am, the two-hour session will provide an overview of products currently available for implementation, as well as presentations by organisations sharing their experience.
These products include Direct Care API, also known as GP Connect, which enables authorised staff to have access to GP data for direct patient care across different systems and care settings.
The National Record Locator, which enables an authorised clinician or care worker to access a patient’s information to support that patient’s direct care, such as care plans and end-of-life plans, will also be discussed.
