On the question of leadership, the report read: “At the last inspection this key question was rated as outstanding. At this inspection this key question has remained the same.

“This meant service leadership was exceptional and distinctive. Leaders and the service culture they created drove and improved high-quality, person-centred care.”

Primary Homecare offers a range of services to clients including physiotherapy, sleep-in service and home nursing care.

The report continued: “People and relatives told us about how the care workers and other staff working in the service were caring and respectful.

“People were provided with a caring and compassionate service. People’s rights to independence, privacy and dignity were promoted and respected. People’s choices about the service were valued and used to plan their care.”
