The Good Care Group launches free concierge service

The Good Care Group has partnered with Circles, a leader in concierge and personal assistance services, to relieve clients and their families from the burden of daily tasks.

Launching today, The Good Care Group Concierge service will provide the company’s live-in care customers with specialist personal assistance for household and lifestyle management, entertainment, travel, transportation and holiday planning.

The free service, available 24/7 via an online portal or dedicated phone line, is set to provide practical support and alleviate the responsibility of organising and managing time-consuming tasks, such as arranging a tradesperson to fix a broken boiler or booking a taxi into town.

With a number of clients’ family members living abroad, The Good Care Group said the service will prove “priceless” for those needing to assist their loved one with emergency repairs and household upkeep.

Business director Janet Bill said: “We know that people lead busy lives and now, more than ever, it’s vitally important that The Good Care Group is able to provide a fully managed service.

“We are pleased to be launching our new concierge service, designed to make life that little bit easier with the launch perfectly timed to help in the lead up to the festive period with booking online shopping slots, food deliveries and personal gifting services. No request is too big or too small and we’re confident that there’s something for everyone.”
