Triple-Outstanding franchise owner takes on third Bluebird Care branch

A reputable Bluebird Care franchise owner has taken over the running of the network’s Kensington & Chelsea branch, with the aim of transforming it into an ‘Outstanding’ provider.

Peter Slough has over ten years of experience at Bluebird Care and currently owns Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham, in addition to Bluebird Care Westminster & City of London, a triple-rated ‘Outstanding’ service. 

Slough’s attention now turns to accomplishing a CQC ‘Outstanding’ rating for his newly acquired Kensington & Chelsea franchise, by unlocking its potential to the benefit of their customers and the wider community.

To do so, he intends on progressing training, investment, research, and development to support the team of care assistants in place.

The service, which was last inspected in 2018, is currently rated ‘Good’ for all key lines of enquiry.

My ethos is to offer an ‘Outstanding’ homecare service that focuses on being person-centred and provides outcome-focussed care planning that concentrates more on the customers’ own goals and milestones.

Bluebird Care Kensington & Chelsea employs over 55 members of staff, who together provide services to over 60 customers in the borough.
